1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mu888 ("mu888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mu888 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://mu888.casa and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the mu888 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mu888 Platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting our support team.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the mu888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. mu888 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the Platform. Registration by, or on behalf of, any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. Not a Resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from, or be a resident or national of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where use of the Platform would violate applicable local law.
4. Single Account: You must not already hold an active mu888 Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time.
5. Not a Self-Excluded Person: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on mu888 or any related platform.
6. Not a Platform Employee or Associate: Employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members associated with mu888 and its operational partners are not eligible to hold a Player Account.

4Registration & KYC Verification

To register a mu888 Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading.

mu888 reserves the right to request, at any time and without prior notice, documentation sufficient to verify your identity, age, address, and the source of funds in your Account ("KYC Documents"). KYC Documents typically include:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad, Driving Licence, or International Passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months (utility bill, official bank statement, or government correspondence); and
• A clear selfie photograph holding your identity document.

Withdrawal of funds is not permitted until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. mu888 typically processes KYC submissions within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of receiving a complete submission. You are solely responsible for submitting accurate and legible documentation.

You agree to keep your Account login credentials strictly confidential and not to disclose your password or security details to any third party. mu888 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP programme rewards offered by mu888 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. The following general provisions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500, as specified per promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the specified expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds and any uncompleted wagering progress are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings generated from Bonus Funds. This limit is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated, each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible Account. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and may result in Account suspension.

mu888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases of dispute relating to bonus terms, mu888's decision is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in our FAQ.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mu888 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed at the point of wagering:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by mu888. mu888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds have been published in error.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within each game or market.
• Manifest Errors: In the event of a technical error, odds compilation error, or manifest pricing error, mu888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings paid in error will be reclaimed from the Player's Account balance.
• Voided Events: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fails to reach its natural conclusion, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's settlement rules as displayed on the Platform.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be submitted to customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event's conclusion. mu888's decision on bet disputes is final after due review.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mu888 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities — whether or not you notify mu888 of the issue;
• Using a payment method belonging to or registered in the name of a third party;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid detection, or any other financially prohibited activity;
• Abusing promotional offers, including creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at mu888 staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

mu888 reserves the right to take immediate action upon detection of any prohibited conduct, including without limitation: suspending or permanently closing the Account, voiding all bets and winnings, forfeiting any balance remaining in the Account, and reporting the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

9Account Suspension & Closure

mu888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so for regulatory, legal, or fraud prevention reasons.

In the event of Account closure for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any remaining balance in the Account may be forfeited and shall not be returned to the Player. Where Account closure is initiated by mu888 for reasons unrelated to Player breach (for example, ceasing operations in a given market), any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player using the last verified payment method on file.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds balances will be processed for withdrawal to your last verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and compliance with these Terms.

10Responsible Gambling

mu888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing players with the tools necessary to manage their gambling behaviour. All players are reminded that gambling involves risk, and no outcome is guaranteed.

mu888 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days); and self-exclusion (long-term or permanent account restriction).

11Intellectual Property

All content on the mu888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of mu888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works of, publicly displaying, or otherwise exploiting any Platform content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted under this clause and may give rise to legal liability. All trade marks, service marks, and trade names appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mu888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

mu888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. mu888 makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform's content for any specific purpose.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of liability for certain types of damage, mu888's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by mu888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mu888 is licensed to operate (as stated in the applicable licence documentation). Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mu888's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body specified under mu888's operating licence.

For Malaysian users: use of the mu888 Platform does not give rise to any jurisdiction by Malaysian courts over disputes between you and mu888, and nothing herein shall be construed as submission to Malaysian jurisdiction. Malaysian users acknowledge that they access the Platform at their own risk and on their own initiative, and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

15Amendments to These Terms

mu888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mu888 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the date on which revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
